Launching PFG in 2011 was the result of two decades of my work and intimate knowledge in the hospitality industry since the 1990s. And even then, I started with only two dining concepts and expanded steadily over the years after building solid foundations with our customers. And I say ‘our’ because the PFG team have invested their expertise and passion into making our concepts into household names.

Today, with 17 venues around Egypt under the PFG name and more to come soon, I remain proud of my team for their uncompromising dedication to upholding our company values of ethical conduct, working to earn the trust of our customers, a generous spirit, and the unending promise of the highest standards of quality.
